I worked with Stephen for many years & we had many a laugh, but there is one moment that will I will always remember. We were often able to try out items that were baked in the lab & this time it was chocolate covered buns. Stephen managed to get the chocolate all over his face (how he managed that I do not know) he hadn’t even realised when the bigwigs walked in. There he was talking to the bosses while the rest of us were trying not to crack up. We did tell him once they’d left & of course we never let him forget. I have many fond memories, goodbye Stephen, RIP & bless you. Barbara
